About the Selection Test | Year 7 Admissions | Admissions

The Selection Test consists of two papers. The first will assess Verbal Reasoning and the second will assess Non-Verbal Reasoning. We do not test on any other subjects.

The cut-off score on National Offer Day 2026 was 225. We received 1510 registrations to sit the test for entry in September 2025.

A short specimen paper is available for purchase for £5 from the school reception Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm (term time only). The paper is not available online and cannot be emailed to parents. It is available in hard copy only. No past test papers are available.
